1. Wednesday, February 18th, is Ash Wednesday – a day of Fasting and Abstinence. Mass timings are on the Lenten Calendar. 

2. The Johannian Youth will have a Lenten Catechetical Series on all Sundays of Lent during the Youth Mass at 10:30 a.m. Our parish youth and the PYAT are encouraged to participate in large numbers for this spiritual initiative. Further details will be shared through the youth group.

3. Our Lenten Social Outreach to the Homes will begin on February 21st. In the first week, Zone One will help out in this ministry of service from 11 am to 2 pm at the Baptist Hall. 

4. This is to inform that our parish social worker is available to guide all our parishioners in matters related to Aadhar Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, and other Government schemes, as well as in obtaining other Government documents. The social worker will be available Monday to Friday from 11 am to 5 pm.

5. The IRD and Environment cell are having a campaign to reduce plastic usage. Parishioners are kindly requested to donate old, clean bedsheets in good condition for distribution to the needy on Sunday, February 22nd. Eco-friendly bags will also be sold at reasonable rates as part of this initiative. Further details will be shared on the Main Parish groups.

6. Pre-Baptism course will be held on Saturday, 28th February and Sunday, 1st March. Couples are kindly requested to register at the parish office by Friday, 27th February.
