The Parish Liturgy Team (PLT) is the group which prepares the liturgy and prayers for the
Eucharist and other prayer services which are conducted in the parish.

The SCC movement was incorporated in our parish St. John the Evangelist,marol in the year
1988 by our Parish Priest Fr. Lemos. Our vision and mission is to enhance the quality of our
lives both socially and culturally, so that our church culture revolves around our daily lives.
Our meetings are held once in three months and quarterly reports are forwarded to Bishop
Barthol.

number of students and adults attending catechism classes in our Andheri deanery. We also
have on our team catechists who are able to help catechize students with special needs. Our
pursuit has always been to give our students an encounter with Jesus and help each one of
them make JESUS their best friend.
