1. The Priest of our parish will be visiting the houses in St Joseph’s Community, Gaodevi, on Oct 09nd.
2. The Johannian Youth will have their Youth Mass on Sun, 15th October at 10:30 am in the school Hall. Encouraging all our young people to come in large numbers.
3. The Johannian Youth in association with The Big Ripple is organizing a Theatre Workshop for our parish youth focusing on acting and team building on 22nd October. Limited seats available. For details and registrations contact the Youth Office bearers.
4. There will be no Sunday School on Sun, Oct 08th & 15th due to the exams.
5. The Women Cell will be conducting a health session on Sun, Oct 15th at 10:00 am in the JWC 1st floor by Dr. Bhawana Mistry – consulting Gynecologist, on women health issues. Registration can be done after all the masses and at the parish office at Rs. 20/-
6. Pre-Baptism Course will be held shortly. Expectant parents are urged to register at the Parish Office, latest by 28th October.
7. All those families who have donated towards Scholarship in St. John the Evangelist High School, are requested to come to the school office between 9 am to 11 am before 21st October.
8. MISSION SUNDAY will celebrated on Sun 15 & 22 Sun, Oct 22. Envelopes can be taken and given after Communion both the days. Cafeteria and raffle will take place in the Church grounds on the days in aid of the Missions. Communities will offer the snacks for sale. Please patronize the same.
9. November 02 is ‘All Souls Day’. You may write the names of the departed on the envelope, and drop the same, along with an amount, in the box near the altar. Envelopes will be kept in the parish office.
10. Missionary Families of Christ invites you for Christian Life Seminar on Sun, Oct 15 at St. Vincent Pallotti Church. Details kindly look up the notice board.
11. SSVP will make their monthly collection after all the Masses. Collection for the month of Sept was Rs. 23,842/- and 1st Friday collection for the month of October was Rs. 14,080/- thank you for your generosity.
